Chris Beaver brings nearly 30 years of banking experience, including 20 years in mortgage lending, with a strong background in affordable housing, community partnerships, and helping first-time homebuyers navigate the path to homeownership. Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with real estate professionals, housing counselors, nonprofit organizations, community land trusts, and other industry partners to help borrowers understand their financing options and overcome barriers to homeownership. He has extensive experience with down payment assistance programs, including North Carolina Housing Finance Agency programs, as well as conventional, FHA, and other home financing solutions. Chris is known for taking the time to educate borrowers, communicate clearly, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the mortgage process. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and referral partners while helping individuals and families find financing solutions that support their long-term goals.
