Bridge Loan Disclaimer
Borrower pays only the interest on the mortgage through monthly payments for the fixed term of the loan. Borrower is required to pay off the principal of the loan. Borrower is also required to make a one-time balloon payment due 6 months from the date of closing.

Realtor and Lender have no affiliation and the consumer is not obligated to use one or the other to purchase a property.

Long Term Lock Disclaimer
