Timur J. Tunador

Chief Executive Officer

A leader in the area’s mortgage banking industry since 1992, Timur co-founded Atlantic Coast Mortgage in 2011. He’s personally produced over $1 billion in residential mortgage loans, and has overseen more than $10 billion in loan production in his career.

Under Timur’s direction, in its first three years Atlantic Coast Mortgage has grew to the third largest privately held mortgage lender in the DC metro area. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Field School, and is a member of the Leadership Council of the Sitar Arts Center in Washington, DC.

A resident of Cabin John, MD, Timur earned his Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.


Jon Coy

President

A founding member of Atlantic Coast Mortgage in 2011, Jon has played an essential role in Atlantic Coast Mortgage’s growth into an area lending leader.

Prior to joining Atlantic Coast Mortgage, Jon was a top producing loan officer at one of the leading mortgage banking firms in the area. He has successfully financed over $1 billion in mortgages during his career. Jon possesses a comprehensive view and unique perspective of mortgage banking developed over a decade in the industry.

A resident of Fairfax, VA, Jon earned a Juris Doctor from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University.


Patrick A. Collins

Chief Operating Officer

A driving force behind the company’s growth, Patrick oversees development and execution of sales initiatives with his proven ability to attract and retain the region’s top loan officers and production staff.

Patrick has been key to the firm’s continuous technology advancements to improve client response time, streamline processes and drive growth. Prior to Atlantic Coast Mortgage, he had several years of experience with one of the region’s premiere mortgage banking institutions, where he rose from a top-producing loan officer to Vice President.

A resident of Potomac Falls, VA, Patrick earned a BA Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Indiana University.
