As Marla Mikhail recalls what inspired her to become the dedicated, meticulous loan consultant she is today. She remembers one of the most stressful times in her life when she was selling and buying a home all in 30 days, while not even really understanding the mortgage process. Fortunately, she had a loan officer who was “amazing beyond expectation,” walking her through the entire process step by step. As a result, she was able to close on her new home on schedule.

Because of that exceptional customer service experience and her love for the housing industry and helping people, she set a new course for her career as a Mortgage Advisor. Dedicated to her client’s success, she guides each of her clients through a careful and systematic approach that keeps them informed throughout the entire process, ensuring they understand each step along the way. Her attention to detail, coupled with her lending acumen, alleviates her clients’ stress allowing them to reach their end goal of homeownership while seeing smiles around the table on the day of closing.

Marla was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, and is fluent in both English and Arabic. She has two children who are her “heart and soul,” and she is also a “fur-mom” to two kittens. She keeps her energy level up by staying active as a die-hard runner, a kickboxing fan, and a Zumba instructor.
