I view getting a mortgage as part of a client’s Life Plan. As a result, I approach each transaction from the viewpoint of a Financial Planner. I try to get a clear well-developed idea of the destination first and then work back to the present day. I start by doing a comprehensive review of a client’s financial picture by looking at their Insurance Coverage (Life, Health, Auto, and Home), Finances (Retirement Planning, Investments, and Savings) and I also make sure they have a current and properly executed Estate Plan. Also included in the review are personal goals the clients may have. The objective is to leave no stone unturned to ensure my clients get the correct mortgage for their needs.

Each individual client is always treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. My aim is to always get my clients a mortgage that works hand in hand with their personal and financial goals.
